Delivery and Set Up:
-Brian’s Bounce Houses will deliver, set up and take down the equipment.
-Set up and pick up normally takes about 30-45 minutes.
Rentals are all day rentals. All day is 6-8 hours.
Location of set up:
-The best place for set up would be a level grassy area.
-Please make sure the setup area is clear of any waste/debris.
- Please do not run sprinklers or mow lawn the same day in the setup area.
-Sandy areas tend to track sand into inflatable.
- Make sure there are no underground irrigation pipes and/or buried telephone cables or electric lines close to the perimeter of the bounce site.
-All inflatable's are anchored down with 18 inch stakes. If you need to set up on concrete, asphalt please let us know.
-We must be notified of a concrete/asphalt setup before delivery.
Space required for set up:
-Please allow at least a 15’ by 15’ area for a standard bounce house.
-Our water slides are 25 feet in length so please make sure you have enough space for set-up.
Power source & Water source:
-All of the items require a power source. The standard household outlet (110) will be fine.
-Brian’s Bounce Houses supplies a 100 foot extension cord for each inflatable or concession. Please keep that in mind when thinking of the placement of the inflatable item.
-Be sure to test your outdoor outlets, if you don't use them often, you may not be aware they don't work until time for setup.
-The inflatable item will not be set up unless the contract/ liability waiver is signed.
-Payment can be made in the form of cash at the time of set up.
-Orders over $150.00 will require a 30% deposit in which goes towards the total payment at time and date of set-up.
Rain Policy/Wind Policy:
If it is raining or winds exceed 15 mph, the inflatable unit should not be used and if the inflatable unit is in your possession, you should shut down the power to the inflatable and it will deflate on its own.
If you do not wish to keep your reservation, please give us at least 48 hours notice before the day of your reservation.
